The Southlake Community Ontario Health Team’s COVID-19, Cold and Flu Care Clinic was created to support the needs of our community and ensure access to timely in-person care for those with moderate COVID-19, cold or flu symptoms.

The clinic is operated by Enhanced Care Clinic and and is staffed by physicians, nurses and medical professionals from the local communities. The Southlake Community Ontario Health Team is committed to providing timely and high-quality access to health care and clinicians through this clinic.

The clinic will operate by appointment only, Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.


Who should go to the clinic? 

The clinic will provide in-person care for those experiencing moderate cold, flu or COVID-like symptoms. You will be assessed by a team of doctors and nurses, given a COVID-19 test (if necessary) and provided appropriate treatment.

All patients are welcomed, and you do not need to have a family doctor or nurse practitioner. You do not need a health card to attend the clinic, but if you have one, please bring it with you to the clinic.


COVID-19 testing will be available in alignment with the provincial eligibility criteria. Travel swabs are not available at this clinic.
